Directions:
By road, via M3 - Exit junction 6, follow ringroad north sign-posted Newbury/Aldermaston. Take ringroad exit for Aldermaston (A340). At roundabout take 5th exit into Popley Way, entrance to hotel immediately first left.

By road, via M4 - Exit M4 junction 11, follow A33 sign-posted Basingstoke. Once you enter Basingstoke, follow signs for ringroad. At ringroad roundabout junction, follow signs for Newbury and take 1st exit off ringroad sign-posted Aldermaston (A340). At roundabout take 5th exit into Popley Way, entrance to hotel immediately first left.

By rail - 45 minutes from Waterloo Station.

By air - Heathrow and Gatwick Airports are approximately 45 minutes drive away.

Exhibition Stands

Every year we have a small but successful trade exhibition.  The stands are situated directly outside the conference room and tea/coffee will be served amongst the exhibits allowing delegates and stand holders plenty of opportunity to mix.

The registration fee for a stand is only £250.00 and if you confirm before 01 September 2009 you will receive a 10% discount.  The price of your stand includes tea, coffee and lunch for two stand holders.  To apply for a stand please complete a Stand Application Form and return it to:
